How to Determine the Right Fisher & Paykel CPAP Mask Size

1️⃣ Download the Mask Fitting Template

Go to the specific mask page and download the fitting template PDF.
Important: When printing, choose Actual size or 100 % scale (do not select “Fit to page”).

2️⃣ Cut Out the Template

Use scissors to cut along the dotted lines so the template matches the cushion outline exactly.

3️⃣ Measure on Your Face

Stand in front of a mirror or ask someone to help.
Hold the template gently against your nose and mouth (for full-face) or nose only (for nasal/pillow).
The correct size is the one that fully covers the area without gaps but doesn’t extend too far.

If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller: it’s easier to achieve a leak-free seal.
Check your mask fit regularly. Facial changes (weight, facial hair, etc.) can mean a different size later.
Replace mask cushions on schedule (often every 1–3 months) to maintain a good seal.
