Pilot 24 AirMini connection

The Pilot 24 to AirMini connection is quite firm, this is by design so the connector is not accidentally dislodged when used during travels (in airplanes, camping and caravan situations where the machine and battery could be in movement)

Check the cable is plugged in firmly as per below picture.  

The cable needs to be pushed in with a bit of force to prevent slipping out during therapy.
