BMC G3 humidifier not inserting

If your new BMC G3 humidifier is not inserting correctly into your BMC G3 machine, There maybe a piece of your original humidifier stuck inside your machine causing the issue.,

Check your original humidifier, is it missing the tab clip circled in the RED ?

If so, the most likely explanation is the plastic clip has broken off from your original chamber and is most likely stuck inside the machine preventing the new chamber to slot in. Refer to the highlighted yellow circle below. Either use tweezers to get it out or bring it back to your machine place of purchase to have it looked it.
