Can Easy CPAP Ship a CPAP Machine to Malaysia?
Easy CPAP can ship selected CPAP products from Australia to customers in Malaysia, subject to Malaysian personal-use import requirements and product availability. CPAP machines are medical devices in Malaysia.
Personal-use CPAP orders
Malaysia's Medical Device Authority provides an exemption pathway for medical devices imported for personal use.
For the personal-use pathway, the device must generally:
- Be purchased by an individual in their own name
- Be for the individual or their immediate family
- Be intended for home use
- Not be for resale or commercial distribution
- Be imported in an appropriate quantity
- Retain its original labels and product information
The Malaysian Medical Device Authority may also request a prescription or recommendation from a registered healthcare professional.
Malaysia's current personal-use rules include additional conditions, including requirements concerning whether the same or a similar medical device is already registered in Malaysia.
Because this can depend on the particular product, Easy CPAP cannot guarantee that every CPAP model qualifies for the personal-use exemption.
Duties and taxes
Any Malaysian customs duties, taxes, courier clearance costs or other import charges not included at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

International warranty
Products supplied by Easy CPAP are Australian-market products.
A product will need to be returned to Australia for warranty assessment, repair or replacement. International shipping for warranty is at Customer's own expense. Please contact us before ordering if international warranty support is important to you.
Power plugs
Australian CPAP machines may be supplied with an Australian power cord or plug.
